My Experience
15 years ago, I was very lucky to design a job out of my passion: Customer Experience. I've been deeply involved since and love to spark others with my enthusiasm.
I had the chance to thoroughly develop my People Management & Leadership skills in the different Customer Service, Marketing & Process Management roles in my career. People praise me for my diplomacy & my good communication/presentation skills.
I love (re)building in order to have impact both internally and externally.
